Well, it seems Apple has called a press conference today at 9AM in reference to a iTunes announcement. I suspect it’ll be about 1 or more of the folowing:
1. The Beatles on iTunes (like it matters anymore)
2. iTunes in “the cloud”
3. Possible, but unlikely, is iTunes Subscription service
We shall see!

It was only in regards to The Beatles being sold on iTunes. Oh well. Nothing earth shattering….
At this point, who is the target audience for selling the Fab Four on iTunes?? Most adults have the CD’s and if they are using iTunes, have probably imported them already. Kids??? No way. Not unless they acquired the taste from their parents CD collection. I’m sure The Beatles will sell well on iTunes for a short while, but it will soon taper off. I bet within 6 months, the number of downloads puts them in line with most other bands from that era, maybe at the top for that genre/era.
Just my prediction. Too bad Apple doesn’t release sales figures. Or do they….?
