The Junip show last night was great. The lead singer was out in the audience during the opening bands performance and he was signing autographs and allowing people to get pictures with him.
Although the stage was tiny, it didn’t effect their performance one bit. They were one of the tightest bands I have heard in quite awhile. The bass and drums were strong but musical; not overpowering. The keyboardist jammed on his Moog Prodigy all the while looking as though he was having a blast!
My only complaint was that the show was short, just at an hour. But since they only have but one album, that makes since. I’ll post a setlist if I can remember it.
